Aluminium and hot-dip galvanized sheet metal are pre-painted using the coil coating technique. The coating is applied to the substrate using a roller system, which ensures an even, complete coating of the entire surface of the product. Coating can be done on one or both sides. Various paint systems are possible, such as powder coatings, polyester liquid coatings and PVDF coatings. Architectural and architectural uses for flat and stucco finishes.
Polyester, powder coating and PVDF systems are available upon customer request. This coil coating process has been proven to produce the best color finishes and maximum durability.

The difference between polyester and fluorocarbon coatings (how to choose different coatings):
Polyester coating (PE)
It is an anti-UV UV coating. Polyester resins are polymers containing ester bonds as monomers in the main chain. Add tons of acid resin. UV absorbers can be divided into matt and high-gloss series according to the gloss. Especially suitable for interior decoration and billboards.
Fluorocarbon coating (PVDF)
It is made of fluorocarbon resin mixed with fluoroolefin as basic monomer, pigment, alcohol ester solvent and additives. After high temperature baking to form a film, the molecular structure in the coating is tight and has super weather resistance. Fluorocarbon coatings can be divided into traditional fluorocarbon coatings and nano-fluorocarbon coatings according to the surface film structure. It is especially suitable for the decoration display of indoor and outdoor decoration, commercial chain, and exhibition advertisements in public places.
Coating thickness: PVDF (fluorocarbon) ≥ 25micron POLYESTER (polyester) ≥ 18micron;
Gloss: 10-90%;
Coating hardness: greater than 2H;
Adhesion: not less than grade 1;
Impact resistance: 50kg/cm, no paint peeling, no cracking. The color of polyester can be used for 20 years, while fluorocarbon can be used for 30 years without changing color.
Size range
Width: 20 – 1600 mm
Length: up to 7000 mm
Thickness: 0.3 – 5.0 mm
The advantages of color-coated aluminum coils:
Lighter texture, easier to shape
Corrosion resistance Because there is a dense oxide film on its surface, it has strong adhesion, oxidation resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, rot resistance, and ultraviolet resistance.
Good temperature resistance, the melting point of aluminum is 660 degrees, and the general temperature cannot reach his melting point
The board is extremely strong and can be cut, slitted, balanced, drilled, joined, fastened and compressed at the edges.
Characteristics of color-coated aluminum coils
Flatness: There is no composite high temperature indentation on the surface. There is no residual stress on the plate surface and no deformation after shearing.
Decorative: With wood grain and stone grain coating, it has real material realism and fresh natural beauty. The pattern is made at will, giving customers a wide range of personality choices, which can enrich the humanistic connotation of the product and give people more beautiful enjoyment.
Weather resistance: The paint pattern formed by coating and high temperature baking has high gloss retention, good color stability and minimal change in color difference. Polyester paint is guaranteed for 10 years, and fluorocarbon paint is guaranteed for more than 20 years.
Machinery: Made of high-quality aluminum, plastic and adhesive, using advanced compounding technology. The product has the flexural and flexural strength required for decorative panels. In the four seasons, changes in wind pressure, temperature, humidity and other factors will not cause bending, deformation and expansion.
Environmental protection: resistant to salt-alkali acid rain corrosion, does not corrode to produce germs, does not release any toxic gas, and does not corrode keels and fixings.
Flame retardancy: not lower than B1 level according to national regulations.
