PE (polyester) coated aluminum coil

Coated pre-coated aluminum coils allow the creation of aesthetic and design concepts that enable architects and builders to create striking and stunning structures as it works with any type of shape.
We use advanced equipment and technology to produce polyester (PE) coated aluminum coils. Continuous roller coating avoids chromatic aberration. In a baking chamber at 240 degrees Celsius, polyester paint forms a dense, high-performance protective layer on the aluminum surface against corrosion and contamination. The polyester layer thickness was 16±1 μm.

About polyester (PE) coating:

High molecular polymer is a monomer and alkyd resin is added, which is an anti-ultraviolet coating. It can be classified as matte or glossy according to your needs. The dense molecular structure makes the dot surface glossy and smooth, ensuring a good printing effect on the board surface. Specially used for interior aluminum decoration and signage base material, with a 7-year warranty.

Polyester (PE) Pre-painted Aluminum Coil specifications:

1) Aluminum coated coil alloy: AA1100,AA1050, AA3003, AA3004, AA3005, AA3105, AA5005,  AA8011
2) Temper: O/H42/H44/H46
3) Aluminum thickness (gauges): 0.24mm to 1.2mm
4) PE pre-painted aluminum coil width: 25mm to 1600mm
5) Coating: polyester (PE), no less than 16 micron
6) Available colors: solid, metallic, marble, wood, anti-static, anti-scratch, etc
7) Coating hardness (pencil hardness): more than 2HB
8) Impact resistance: no cracking or peeling
9) Flexibility (T-bend): 2T
10) MEK resistance: more than 100 times
11) Further Processing: embossing, cutting to solid aluminium sheets, slitting to aluminium strips, etc
12) Boiling point: no any didtortion and color change (in the 99 ± 1 degree water, then cooling 2 hours)

1. Self-clean Namo coating
With Namotechnology, our Namo coating PVDF coating could make it clean itself using sun and rain, maintenance and cleaning cost are reduced by at least 50%.

2. Durable coating
With our high-performance coating based on polymer resin, resistant to UV rays, moisture and abrasion. With such coating we can guarantee of up to 20 years.

3. Gloss coating
We have 3 gloss levels coating are available: High gloss, satin and matt.
